Join our January Tour & Open House

Cascade Canyon will be hosting our next Parent Tour on Thursday, January 19th, at 10:30 a.m. Our tours provide parents an intimate opportunity to see our school in session. Parents will hear from the Director about the philosophy of the school, and observe each classroom. On Saturday, January 28th, Cascade Canyon opens its doors to the whole family, with a family Open House event from 10:00 a.m. until Noon. The Open House includes a student-led tour, demonstration lessons, a teacher-led question and answer session, and an opportunity to meet the Director. Families should plan to attend for the full two-hour program. We urge prospective families to attend both a tour and an Open House event, when possible. Cascade Canyon is an intentionally small school, offering the advantages that only a small school can provide: increased attention for every child; exceptional social-emotional and cross-age learning, K-8; and the flexibilty to go deeper into an area of interest,  accelerate learning where there is motivation and aptitude, or adjust pacing or approach to strengthen an area of weakness. Our program is based on critical thinking, and offers a rich academic core and an inspirational science, arts and language program. Priority Admissions Deadline for Fall 2012: February 5, 2012.
